DiskAnalyst's Karachi office provides consultations and customer assistance only — it is not a recovery laboratory. Device diagnosis and recovery work is carried out at our Lahore laboratory, and devices for recovery are sent to and from Lahore by courier, the same as the rest of Pakistan.
What We Recover
How a Karachi Case Works
Karachi customers can visit our office to discuss their case, or submit a case online directly. The device itself is sent to our Lahore laboratory by courier for diagnosis, and recovery work begins once cost and next steps are confirmed with you. Once complete, the device is returned by courier.

What to Bring
- Power off the device and stop using it as soon as you notice a problem.
- Bring or send the device itself — the storage media the data is actually on.
- Bring a brief written description of the problem and when it started, if possible.
- If the device is under someone else's account or password, bring those details so diagnosis isn't blocked.
What Not to Do
- Do not keep powering a clicking, grinding or overheating drive back on.
- Do not run recovery or repair software repeatedly on a failing or already-formatted drive.
- Do not force a RAID array to rebuild or reinitialize before it has been assessed.
- Do not open a hard drive's casing yourself — it must be opened only in a dust-controlled environment.
